Life @ The Lab

Life @ The Lab

We’re a diverse, empathetic collective.

Busy, immersed and engaged, we have no room for egos.

Our special teams face a daily maze of intriguing marketing and business challenges.

At The Lab, we’re future-facing, tech-driven and life-loving.

Harry Styles

The brilliant thing about life at The Lab is that we are a wholly locally owned, independent company that plays by our own rules.

We get to work with our own collection of distinct and diverse colleagues.

We set high standards and share values.

There is no such thing as a typical Lab person or relationship.

Our curious minds forage industriously and restlessly.

Bright individuals only as good as the sum of our parts.

Always in search of brilliant new people and partners.

Like you perhaps.

We’re lighting the way forward with an eye on the bigger picture. As a company committed to the triple bottom line, we maintain a sharp focus on our work, the wellbeing of our people and the impact on our place.

As a certified B Corp, we meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability, and aspire to use the power of business to address social and environmental challenges.

We’re committed to reconciliation and have completed our Reflect RAP to drive change and unification.

We’re proud of our progressive and flexible approach to work and wellness, with our generous leave policies and inclusive parental leave program.
